The accommodations are simple, yet clean bandas with a few nice touches, like the bed turn down with a hot water bottle in the bed – cozy indeed! The views to the gorilla inhabited mountains are exceptional and the Uganda Wildlife Authority registration points is just in a 15 minute walk distance through a small village inhabited with some Batwa ( Pigmies).
If you love wild animals the Gorillas inclusive, this is definitely a great place to visit. Not cheap but certainly well worth it!
Gorilla Safari Lodge comprises of 8 cottages with two of these being double-roomed family units for people traveling together.
The discreetly serviced and superbly appointed cottages have a wonderful setting to relax and unwind and each room has its own en suite bathroom, with hot and cold water, as well as solar lights and a cozy fireplace.
