The Buhoma Lodge is one of the original lodges, situated opposite the entrance to the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
The lodge consists of individual bandas with private veranda, bedroom and bathroom.Electricity by solar panels. The food is served in a central dining room where a fireplace provides warmth as the evenings cool. There are 6 en-suite double bandas, two twin rooms and 1 single room with shared bathroom.
However, most people call it a forest lodge because of its traditionally built with wooden cottages into the hillside over looking the rain forests where the gorillas live.
The location is a 5 minute walk from the trekking meeting place so really never miss to have a wonderful experience in a magical place with atleast a two night stay near the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
