Detailed Safari itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to bwindi Impenetrable national park
Meet and greet with our elephant safari company tour guide/driver who will get you briefed about the safari and later start your journey by 7.30am to the south western part of Uganda.  First Stopover at Mpambire a local community known for making local drums and crafts admire and buy yourself souvenirs, after precede to the equator crossing, stopover for photography as well as taking snacks. We will continue with our journey to mbarara for lunch, from here take a long drive up to the park, Pass by mountains, tropical rainforest and bamboo forest during the nine hour journey. Arrive in the late evening for leisure at your booked accommodation as you’re waiting for tomorrow’s most interesting activity that’s gorilla tracking.

Day 2: Gorilla Safaris and Tours
close up with the gorillasThis morning head to the park headquarters before 8.00am to receive a short briefing from the park wardens and rangers about gorilla tracking. After, follow the ranger guide to the forest to begin the activity possibly the most interesting activity done on earth. The walking can sometimes be tough and long with some difficulties since tracking is done in the forest, you are remained to come with strong shoes or gumboots, long sleeved shirts or blouses, insect repellents, bottled water and sometimes packed lunch. Meeting gorillas is unpredictable it can go to half or full day in the jungle searching for them so a reasonable degree of fitness is recommended. Ounce gorillas are met you strictly allowed to stay with for onlyone hour observing their behaviours, as well as taking as many photos as you can.  Other primates species like chimpanzee, black and white colobus monkey will also be seen among other other forest dwellers. If you still have energy go for a community walk to meet the local people around the park ( batwa) these people will entertain you through their cultural music and dance and they will also take you through their history, hunting skills faming skills among other. Retire back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
This morning after breakfast we shall leave bwindi and head to Queen Elizabeth national park, we shall pass via the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park a famous place for housing the rare tree climbing lions, lucky visitor may spot them sited on tree branches, enjoy lunch enroute and then after we shall proceed to the park, arrive in the evening at the lodge for leisure at your booked accommodation. dinner and an overnight :

Day 4: Game drives and launch cruise
Wake up early in the morning for cup of tea/coffee to warm you up and then after you will be transferred to kasenyi area of the park to catch up with various species of animals rushing out from their hideouts. Animals expected to see include lion, giant forest hog, Uganda kob, leopard, elephant, buffaloes, waterbucks, antelopes, warthogs among others and bird lovers, expect to see various species of birds. After this wonderful activity we shall embark on a slow drive back to the lodge for full breakfast and leisure.
After lunch you will go for a two hours boat cruise along the kazinga channel that connects lakes Kyoga and Edward, the boat cruise will reward you with more opportunity to view various species of wildlife games expected to see include schools of hippos, crocodiles and buffaloes and elephant will be seen along the shoreline plus various species of birds that live and feed on the lake like the fish eagle among others. After you will be driven back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at:

If your flight is on that very day you will be transferred to Entebbe Airport to meet your departure flight or if it’s on the following morning you will have an overnight at Elephant Safari Village.
